Because each physical product at Peace Beyond Thought is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear issue:

Contact us at hello@peacebeyondthought.com within 14 days of delivery

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund based on the situation

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Digital Products

Due to their instant-access nature, all digital products (eBooks, guides, and future video courses) are non-refundable.
